Belle de Nuit is a traditional guest house operated by a committed Franco
Canadian couple since 2006.
Our centuries-old home located in the fascinating village of Oppède le Vieux
has kept an obvious charm.
Rustic and hospitable all the rooms offer peace and tranquility a few steps away from the splendid town square.
Close to many tourist attractions
and surrounded by unspoiled countryside,
Belle de Nuit is a surprising place to stay
while visiting this part of Provence.

The bedrooms
This historic home accommodates guests in
tastefully decorated spacious rooms with cosy bathroom and toilet.
On the first floor, a bedroom suite works wonderfully for friends and family.
Three independent bedrooms are located
on the second floor.
The allocation of our rooms is subject to their availability at the time of booking.

The table d’hôte is a set menu
create by the host.
An enthusiastic gourmet cook,
she selects as often as possible local organic vegetables and fresh ingredients
to prepare delicious meals.
A small choice of wines from nearby vineyards is available.
The table d'hôte served in the old village bakery located on the house ground floor
is exclusively reserved to our guests

The village
A fortified terraced village of ancient houses abandoned a century ago, Oppede le Vieux
has since become extremely popular with nature's lovers.
The charm of its ruins conceals a dramatic architectural testimony standing amid vegetation and oblivion.
Bike paths, hiking, and walking trails criss-cross the village.
Spectacular bucolic scenery is found around every corner.
